4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the Platform. Each has its own privacy policy governing the use of your information:

  • Firebase (Google) — Authentication, database storage, and hosting. Data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure and protected by Google's security practices.
  • Stripe — Payment processing. Stripe handles all credit card data directly; we never see or store your full card number. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
  • MailerLite — Email marketing and transactional emails. Your name and email address are shared with MailerLite to deliver communications. See MailerLite's Privacy Policy.
  • Google Analytics — Website analytics. Collects anonymized usage data to help us understand how visitors interact with our site. See Google's Privacy Policy.

5. Data Security

We take the security of your data seriously and implement appropriate measures to protect it, including:

  • All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections
  • Firebase Security Rules restrict database access to authenticated users viewing only their own data
  • Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure
  • Access to administrative systems is restricted to authorized personnel

While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
