1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Unlock The Champion website, web application, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Unlock The Champion, operated by Freddie Scott II ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Platform Description

Unlock The Champion is a capacity-building platform that provides self-assessment tools, personalized insights, coaching resources, and development programs designed to help individuals and organizations maximize their potential. The Platform includes the Capacity Audit, Values Sort, Alignment Index, Healthy Relationships Survey, AI coaching features, and related content and services.

3. Account Responsibility

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Payment Terms

Certain features of the Platform require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. By making a purchase, you agree to the following:

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card information.
• Prices are displayed in US Dollars and are subject to change with notice.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with the Platform for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase date at info@unlockthechampion.com and we will issue a full refund. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, assessment frameworks, the Capacity Score methodology, course materials, the "Made for More" brand, software, and design — is the property of Unlock The Champion or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without written permission
• Use our assessment frameworks, scoring methodologies, or proprietary tools for commercial purposes
• Create derivative works based on our content or tools
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from our materials

Your assessment results and personal data remain yours. We claim no ownership over your individual responses or personal information.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers connected to it
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Platform using automated means
• Use the Platform to transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content
• Share your account credentials with others or allow others to access your account
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit access to the Platform without authorization

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all content, tools, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Our assessments, capacity scores, and coaching content are intended for personal development and informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional psychological, medical, financial, or legal advice. You should consult qualified professionals for specific concerns in those areas.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unlock The Champion, Freddie Scott II, and our officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if:

• You violate these Terms or any applicable laws
• Your conduct harms other users, the Platform, or our business interests
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@unlockthechampion.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification) shall continue in effect.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via email or a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
